She specializes in helping brands show up online with intention, blending storytelling, content, and systems to create growth that actually feels sustainable. With a strong eye for strategy and a love for the creative process, Jenn ensures every project is thoughtful, aligned, and built to connect.

    Robbie is the Head of Growth at –IZE, leading client partnerships, sales, and strategy. He works closely with businesses to understand their goals, uncover opportunities for growth, and develop marketing strategies that position their brands for long-term success. Robbie is passionate about building genuine relationships and helping clients feel confident in the direction of their brand.

    Victoria is a Intern at –IZE, she supports the team through content research, strategy development, trend forecasting, and creative planning. Passionate about understanding what makes content connect, she's excited to learn the ins and outs of building intentional social media strategies while helping bring fresh ideas to our clients and agency.
